Once your order has been purchased, we will offer you a list of artists to choose from with examples of their work. You will then get to speak directly to your LoäO Local Artist by video call to discuss what it is you would like the bottle to represent.

Any eligible purchase of unopened LoäO bottles or unused products can be returned to us with a receipt within 30 days. We will refund the original price onto the credit card used for purchase, or issue a gift card in the amount of the refund for in store credit. Special order items are not returnable.
