Shipping Policy
A LoäO team member will deliver your order and must verify identification and age, and will determine whether it is otherwise safe and appropriate to furnish you with alcohol. We will require a valid form of photo identification with birthdate and a signed acknowledgment confirming acceptance at the time of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Mezcal drinking satisfaction is our goal, and we hope that you are happy with any purchase. If you do need to return an item the following is our return policy.
Any eligible purchase of unopened LoäO bottles or unused products can be returned to us with a receipt within 30 days. We will refund the original price onto the credit card used for purchase, or issue a gift card in the amount of the refund for in store credit. Special order items are not returnable.
